我們提供貨品運送服務至以下國家/地區，運費詳情請參考下表：

國際運送的關稅和其他稅收
所有貨品運送是根據Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)方式。如目的地國家徵收任何稅項或關稅，顧客需自行支付，否則無法收到貨件。我們委託的貨運公司 ─順豐速運或香港郵政，會在貨件到達目的地國家時通知有關關稅和其他稅收。coZyliving 將不負責任何有關費用，並不會提供退款服務因海關檢查或稅項問題。請於確認訂單前自行了解目的地國家的海關入口條例及關稅事宜。
由於台灣貨品入境要求，請在備注欄上提供閣下收件全名及身分證明文件號碼，以作通關之用。貨品訂購需時約15個工作天，詳情請參閱訂購須知。
訂購貨品以確認過數付款為準，逢毎周日22:00截單以便安排向海外統一訂購，若確認過數付款超過截單時間，將順延至下周訂購而不作另行通知。

訂單（現貨）通常在1-3個工作天出貨。我們不會在週末及公眾假期安排送貨。

我們接受以下付款方式：
- 信用卡：VISA, MasterCard, American Express
**澳門的顧客請注意，由於PayPal系統目前未能驗証澳門銀行發出之信用卡，敬請使用香港、中國大陸或其他地區發出之信用卡付款。

網上付款安全性：我們委託PayPal作為我們網上付款平台服務供應商。

Duties and other taxes on international shipments
All shipments are based on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any taxes or duties imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer or the shipment will not be received. The freight company we entrust, SF Express or Hongkong Post, will notify the relevant customs duties and other taxes when the shipment reaches the destination country. coZyliving will not be responsible for any related fees and will not provide refunds due to customs inspection or tax issues. Please understand the customs import regulations and customs duties of the destination country before confirming the order.
Due to Taiwan's entry requirements for goods, please provide your recipient's full name and identity document number in the remarks column for customs clearance. It takes about 15 working days to order the goods, please refer to the ordering instructions for details.
Order Processing Time
Orders are subject to confirmation of payment. Orders will be cut off at 22:00 every Sunday in order to arrange for unified ordering overseas. If confirmation of payment exceeds the cut-off time, the order will be postponed to the next week without prior notice.
Ordering goods - usually takes about 15 working days (calculated from the cut-off date of each week)
Order will be taken 1-3 business days. We will not work on Sat, Sun and public holidays.

**Macau customers, please note that since the PayPal system currently cannot verify credit cards issued by banks in Macau, please use credit cards issued in Hong Kong, mainland China or other regions for payment.
