All goods undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers, and we will properly pack all goods before delivery, especially for fragile items. In case of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered item, please inform us by email within 48 hours, and keep the goods with all packaging and receipt. We will offer exchange service if the proof is provided. All return or exchange items must be unused and in their original condition. If the items purchased include a branded box, this must also be returned undamaged. Items will not be accepted if they have been used, washed, damaged or altered in any way.
