香港送貨政策

coZy living使用順豐速運在香港地區運送我們的産品，並以到付方式運送。

免運費條件

香港運費：滿HKD500即免快遞費。

訂單運送時間

顧客通常在2-7個工作天內會收到貨。

訂購貨品以確認過數付款為準，逢毎周日22:00截單以便安排向海外統一訂購，若確認過數付款超過截單時間，將順延至下周訂購而不作另行通知。

訂購貨品ー般需時約15個工作天(以毎周截單日起計算)

訂單（現貨）通常在1-3個工作天出貨。我們不會在週末及公眾假期安排送貨。

*如你選擇銀行轉數快 / Payme作為付款方式，請於落單2個工作天內把轉賬記錄編號的圖片電郵給我們。一經確認付款我們便會安排送貨。

Hong Kong Shipping Policy

coZy living use SF express to ship our deliveries in Hong Kong, delivery fee to be collected.

Free Shipping Requirement

Shipping Fee of Hong Kong：We offer free shipping on orders over HKD500, unless HKD 30 per order.

Order Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days.

Order Processing Time

Orders are subject to confirmation of payment. Orders will be cut off at 22:00 every Sunday in order to arrange for unified ordering overseas. If confirmation of payment exceeds the cut-off time, the order will be postponed to the next week without prior notice.

Ordering goods - usually takes about 15 working days (calculated from the cut-off date of each week)

Order will be taken 1-3 business days. We will not work on Sat, Sun and public holidays.
