送貨政策

coZy living 使用順豐速運在香港地區運送我們的産品。

免運費條件

順豐運費：單筆總額未滿HKD450一律收取運費HKD30，滿HKD450即免快遞費。
香港郵政：非易碎的小型產品可以選擇郵寄，如木製筷子托、杯墊、明信片、卡類或文具類，一律收取郵費HKD15，並不負責任何寄失或損壞情況。

訂單處理時間

訂單通常在1-3個工作天出貨。我們不會在週末及公眾假期安排送貨。

訂單運送時間

顧客通常在2-7個工作天內會收到貨 (現貨類），訂貨類通常需要10 - 15個工作天。

Free Shipping Requirement

Shipping Fee of Hong Kong：We offer free shipping on orders over HKD450, unless we will charge for HKD30 for each order.
Hongkong Post: Non-fragile small products can be mailed, such as wooden chopstick rests, coasters, postcards, cards or stationery, and postage HKD15 will be charged. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.

Order Processing Time

Order will be taken 1-3 business days. We will not work on Sat, Sun and public holidays.

Order Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days (For In Stock items)，10 - 15 working days for the Pre-order items.
